Ever walk past a group of men and as your walking by, they say derogatory comments. Telling you to come and see them, pointing out your physical features or appearance in an-exaggerated way. Making you feel uncomfortable. Normally you would walk away, ignoring what they are saying, and by doing that the guys get mad and call you “what they feel” and at the end of them hollering at you, making them look stupid. They say” F*** you “, like that was going to get your attention and talk to them. The two videos that were played, one based off of a woman’s perspective and the other coming from a man’s. Both stating that it is inappropriate behavior and embarrassing. If you’re a real man; then you don’t need a posy to talk to a female. Nor yell at her from across the room,when she is walking by, or in general. Honestly makes men look or assume to be dogs. From a woman’s perspective it is annoying and unnecessary because it is like all men see is the physical features and what is only on the outside and wants them for what they have and not who they are. However from a man's perspective it is a little different because they actually feel bad and is embarrassed to actually see another man acting childish like that towards a female. Both men and women feel as if street harassment should be a crime and someone should step up and do something about it. However you can’t control nor change what people say and do. But you can definitely step up and let them know that it isn't

 right.

Street harassment is a big issue because it is degrading, degrading, annoying, embarrassing, and is in fact against the law. Degrading to women because it is unnecessary to make a big scene screaming about how a female’s looks or appears to be. Some women that are sexy or more developed more than others tend to be either crazy, have crazier baby daddy or boyfriends, ugly on the inside, have self-esteem issues, gold diggers, or straight whores. There is a big difference between having a good looking woman and just another sexy female with no standards not only for herself but for other people. Annoying, not only to other people but they make a fool out of themselves, because they do some of the dumbest things to get attention. From yelling across the room to making whistling noises to approaching and surrounding her like a pack of hungry wolves. This is most embarrassing to other men that actually try to impress a female the right way, however she probably feels as if he is just like thereat of those men who harassed her previously. Therefore she has trust issues and thinks that he is scandalous and believes that he only wants her because on her body (Insecurities). This is a social justice issue because it involves both men and women in a general. Street Harassment doesn’t just happen in the United Sates, in fact, it is worldwide. Every single woman has a street harassment experience, both good and bad. From the good looking women with the goddess like body to those who are not attractive and doesn’t fit into society.

Every woman talks to her friends about the idiots who act out in front of his friends. Those aether ones whom get rejected and get laughed at by their posy. Standard female responses are usually a laugh and walk away or get offended and say something back. Either way they still walk away and talk about how the men treat women. Stereotypical reaction most men portray women is them going over to their friends house eating ice cream and watching television. However that is not true. Majority of females talk on the phone with their friends and tell them how pathetic, immature, and stupid they look and why they can’t respect them.

Poetry with Atta

Poetry is a remedy because it is a way to let true feelings out. To point an illustration with words due to the topic and what is being said. You're using YOUR words to describe something, either fictional or not. That's like saying, paintings about epic events are not art.. A poem can rhyme or not, can be fiction or non-fiction, can be biography, or more like a dream. It is within the craft of the writer, to write, rewrite and correct completely and sometimes tear the whole thing up and start over. Poetry is therapy. I have used my poetry to heal myself, to reveal myself, to revel in my triumphs and to drown and die in my tragedies, my responsibilities. Poetry has taken me to new understandings, to revelations and epiphanies that are not just shocking, but also life threatening, to the point of absolute paralysis of the senses. Plato, I know, he didn't want to include poetry and poets in the closed circuit of his Republic, wrongfully, though some may disagree with both of us. All those things and more, make poetry an art form. I might add that I believe a poet resides in every heart, sometimes in a dark corner of empty space and sometimes behind a simple latch gate. The music and sounds that poetry makes belong to the author, until shared, or foisted upon an unfriendly audience. But those same sounds make poetry beautiful or sad, melancholy or manic, and as the story continues, the holy ground from which poetry comes sprouts eternal.

Halloween...

I personally don’t celebrate Halloween and I have my reasons for it. Two main reasons: One it is completely over looked and not too many people truly stop and read about it. Now I don’t expect everyone to stop celebrating it however I do expect everyone to actually know what they are celebrating. And secondly I feel that if everyone actually knew then they wouldn’t celebrate it in the first place. This isn't a Christianity thing nor a religious thing. This is just common sense. Common sense to understand why we wear a mask and get dressed up and walk door to door for candy. Just something to think about. One of the issues that I have due to Halloween costumes are the sexual, seductive costumes. Every Halloween it's pretty much all I see down here. People trying to act sexy and tell themselves they are not slutty. Yeah I'm pretty sure being half naked in the streets like a hooker is not slutty. I’ve seen people in sperm costumes, actual dicks, sexy nurses, Eve... etc. Meaning that even if you look at it without being religious it is literally a time for all the perverts to watch young adults (I say young adults because their parents don’t ever discipline their children for the stuff they do or say) prance around with panties and a bra on.
